They like you to get it up as soon as it's possible. I TRY to get mine up within two days (the last two eps were so good, I got them up the next day), but sometimes it takes a little longer (especially given I have two shows on the same night.) But they do understand it's volunteer, so you know... I'm sure if you were consistently late, it might be an issue, but occasional lateness has never been a problem for me.
They like around 500 words for a 30 minute show and 500-1000 for an hour show. And they... hmm. Well you DO recap it to a certain extent, but of course you don't want to give too much away. I find I wind up recapping about the first 10-20 minutes of CM before I hit the first plot twist, and then I'm out of space for more recapping if I want to actually review it anyway.
