It should! :) I had to censor him a bit, actually, because he was sorely tempted to launch into a lengthy diatribe about whether the term "alternative" could be used to describe R.E.M. since the term wasn't all that popular in usage until the 90s. XD Poor boy is lonely.

Yeah, these two will be fun once they actually get to spend time together. Ohhh... but he should have! It would have been an interesting conversation - which would have ended with Remus saying, "Who the hell cares what you call it? They're a fantastic band!"

lol, except that Severus is far more comfortable discussing things in journals, as it's impersonal. To which Severus would have told him it did matter, as an relatively inteligent adult Remus should be refering to things by their proper descriptors, and that R.E.M. was mediocre at best. XD

Heh... so's Remus, to some extent. He almost wishes that they could talk face-to-face, but then again... they can't seem to keep their hands off one another to actually say anything. Remus would have pointed out that music is relatively subjective when it comes to descriptors... what one person thinks is "hard" rock another person thinks is "metal". In the end, who gives a damn as long as it's good? As for REM being mediocre he would scoff and say, "Again it's subjective... so bite me." >.<
