This is either a sinus infection, or an allergy attack, the likes of which I have never seen before. I've already called in to work tomorrow and made myself a doctor appointment. Not to mention I've just started my period yesterday (so, if I've been a bitch to anyone, sorry), and I just now, in my haze, slammed my toes into a wall so hard that I'm bleeding and I spent several minutes in tears. *pets ice pack*

Sooooo, my days off have been lovely.

I should be writing, or at least doing a final edit on that dub-con snupin fic I asked for betas for, but my brain won't work. I've just spent the last day and a half in a fog, putzing around on the computer without even getting on to chat. :/ *toddles off to open dub-con fic to try to edit*

Sometimes the editing is the hardest part. You know the last little things you need to do to get the fic ready for postage, and yet...and yet...

Or at least, it's that way for me. I have a fic I'm mostly sitting on (though I think it could use a fresh pair of eyes before I post it) because I'm just not sure if I've got the edits where I want them. *grin*

I honestly don't usually do a lot of post-writing editing aside from beta corrections, so this is unusual. Though, maybe that's just me being green and I should be doing more editing.

I'm just worried about characterization on this one, since it's so different than what I would have normally written. Heh, what is it with me writing things that make you want to run away lately. I SWEAR I'll write something nice soon enough. :P

LOL Well, you know, my latest made you want to run away too. ^_~ And honestly it is just as likely me being hasty and sending things to beta before I've given them a good going over myself. ^_~ (Or it could also be--and I think this most likely--that in _lore I have found the most exceptional beta reader in the world, who sees my intent and also sees where I fail to reach it, as well as making the language prettier and catching typos.)
