SNOOOOW! THERE IS SNOW, A COUPLE INCHES ON THE GROUND, OMG!!! This almost never happens. It probably won't melt, though, and we have a 50% chance of more, so hopefully it won't be too packed down and slick when I drive home. They should be out salting the roads now, I hope... BUT OMG SNOW SNOW SNOW!!!

Also, I had a dream last night that I worked on CM (I'm guessing as a writer, though the dream was unclear on that part), and I'd also written a play, and it was going to Broadway. I found out while I was on set. I was squeeing and jumping around. Shemar was jumping around with me and hugging me, and Joe was waxing poetic about his experience on Broadway. *snort*

Oh, my head, she is a funny place.

*lol* Better than my dream about picking the right tv program (and don't ask why I dreamt smething like that). Can't you send the boys to me, maybe they're willing to pay me a little dream visit as well;) I wouldn't mind Shemar or Joe at all...

I wish I had more of them, really. I've had a few nice slashy dreams, but even just jumping around with them was fun. :P

I woke up to snow as well and was excited for about 30 seconds until I realized I had to walk in it. I think if we got as much snow as we did cold, I would be a much happier girl.

I wasn't too keen on driving in it to work, but it's not a far drive, and I thankfully didn't have to walk.

Plus I'm off work the next two days. As long as I can get home, I'd be happy if it snowed more. Then I could make hot chocolate and get cozy and watch it. :D

Off from work? That would be so awesome. I need vacation so bad. I was just reading the employee handbook and found this tiny clause for personal time, which of course they never tell us about. I'm planning to make some use of it though.

I get weekdays off instead of weekends. I actually prefer it, to be honest. Everything is open, and less crowded.

I WISH I got personal time/vacation days/sick leave. In the hospitality industry, if you're a desk bitch like me, you don't even get BREAKS. :P

*snuggles* i ahve these amazing silicone muffin cups, 100% washable and reusable... AND I'VE NEVER HAD A MUFFIN STICK IN ONE. they come out almost totally clean except for some sticky crumbs in the bottom. but just the tiny ones.

I have a silicone bunt cake pan.... which is collecting dust. I love to cook, but I'm not so keen on the baking of non-savory stuffs and making desserts. My husband, on the other hand, occasionally has random inspiration to make cookies (and is shit at regular cooking)! Always fun when that happens. :)

Snow! It snows here in Nashville and the entire city goes "OMGWTFWHITECRAP!" and flails. Doesn't even have to stick on the ground.

I miss snow on the ground (grew up in Yankeeland). Hope your commute was unscathed!

(and mmm nice dream!)

Hey, we're practically neighbors! LOL, I'm in Knoxville, actually, so it's probably not much different! The first year I lived here (ten years ago), we got a couple of nice snows. This it the first time I've seen accumulation in a while, and it was all melted by noon, even though it wasn't "supposed" to melt. :P

I grew up in California. As long as I don't have to drive in too much iciness, part of me still watches snow with this odd sense of wonderment. :P

Hey neighbor! I like Knoxville, although not when I'm trying to book a hotel for work trips during UT graduation weekend (what a hassle that was......oy).

Glad you guys at least got to see some snow! We had flurries here but nothing on the grounds.

I have friends who hate to drive in snow. We had a blizzard in PA about 9 months after I got my driver license. Kinda had to learn how to drive in snow to get home from classes. (I came down here from PA in college and the first time they closed Nashville schools on a *threat* of snow one of the girls from Michigan and I stood around all "um......what?")

UT graduation is bad. UT Football games are worse. Or at least they are when their winning, which they didn't this year thank God.

LOL They closed schools in CA for a dusting. The whole two times I ever saw a dusting there in 18 years. >.>

Oh, UT football was a big topic of conversation in my office this year. I thought some of the guys were going to break into dance when Phat Phil got the boot.

Too bad they didn't. I was just itching for YouTube material. ;)
