How weird is it that whenever I cook something, I do commentary like I'm the host of a cooking show?

Maybe I need to stop watching the Food Network.

ETA: Joy of joys. I get to spend time with the in-laws now. Never fun.

The husband tells me this morning he thought it would be around 3pm, but he wasn't sure. He comes in a few minutes ago and goes, "Um... Are you going to get ready?" I go, "Have you even heard from your parents yet?" Him: "Yeah." Me: "...did you expect me to know that without you telling me?"

Not psychic Jennifer is not psychic.

And when I cook I usually end up getting fic ideas so I spend most of the time talking to myself, or should I say speaking for them....cooking is always fun.

It actually wasn't as bad as normal, so I'm okay. Though I decided to eat too much and top it off with candy, so my tummy isn't happy.

I used to get fic ideas in the shower all the time. Honestly, in HP fandom, my muse was SO vocal. It's not really vocal anymore, but I think that's because I do so much co-writing. My muse seems to be addicted to Innerslytherin's muse now. LOL

LOL That's what I do now sometimes. Luckily, I have sense enough to only do it in my head when the husband is around. >.>

You know, in-laws were actually better than usual today. :P
