I used to have a free program to make moving icons with. I made the one I'm using with this post on it. Now I can't remember what it was. Anyone know of a free program you can make moving icons with?

Also, this:

I grew up on Red Vines instead of Twizzlers. As a result I think Twizzlers are disgusting, though I do seem to be a minority on that every time I bring it up. It's not really a taste thing, but it's that Twizzlers are just so waxy in texture, can't stand it.

Red vines, nom nom nom. Though I've never had black Red Vines. Could be worth checking out.

YAY! A Red Vines fan!!! They don't even sell the black ones around here, but they did in CA, and I was in love with them. I did just buy a massive Halloween bag of Red Vines that was a mixture of red and black. More red than black, but better than nothing. I'm considering starting to order the black ones online, but that might be too much effort for a freaking candy. :/

we have differing liquorice references I fear. When I was little, my mum used to buy liquorice wood from the chemist for us kids to chew on.

Ummm, that last sentence confused me. Chemist is... what we would call a pharmacist? Yes? O.o And what the heck is licorice wood?

Ahh yes, forgot. Drugstore is probably the closest.

And this is liquorice wood. Om nom nom.

Wow. They really are... sticks. LOL

Interesting, though. I would totally try it. I adore licorice... though I think you guys spell it better. ;)

lol - we do. *g* Gotta love a Q

And you should try it. Honestly, we could chew those sticks for hours - when we'd finished working up the chimneys of course. And waiting for colour TV to be invented. *g*

Seriously, the American spelling has always looked like it should be pronounced "liss-or-iss" to me! :D

*G* I was just looking at a couple websites, and it's all listed in your incomprehensible currency. ;) So I assume that even if I should figure out the conversion, they probably wouldn't even ship out here. Boo.

Oh yes. They are best for soda straws when they get a little hard. They don't fall apart like the soft ones but the insides still get gooey. :D

This is the little free program I use for making animated gif icons: unfreez : http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/ It's free and small. :D

As for licorice, I'm a Twizzlers girl--I'm not even sure we have/had Red Vine way up here. *G*

And I love black licorice, but only when it's fresh....

Twizzlers are just so waxy. I don't understand the appeal. BUT at least you like black licorice! It's a rare and admirable trait. :D

And YAY! Thank for the link. I DLed it and am just about to try it now!

I don't like black licorice, but I do love red vines.

Twizzlers suck at being soda straws.

Red twizzlers, or the little twizzler bite-size pieces. No black licorice ...yuck! But no "Pull and Peel" either, because they're too soft. And only cherry Twizzlers, not the multi-flavor kind. Strawberry if there's nothing else available. IMHO, of course . :)
