1) I can has a Dave nao? I want to take him home with me. Calling Morgan kid and playing the stock market in Strauss' office. And being all stoic and strong when Hotch was anything but. Mmmm.

2) I've never been a Haley hater, so this isn't a 180 for me, but DUDE, she was AWESOME at the end there.

3) That darkness we all know is inside Hotch from way back when in season one? It's still there, and I LOVE IT. Totally understandable. Completely. And fierce, and sort of hawt because it was over his family. I luffs him. I'd still rather take Dave home, but ijs.

4) Strauss is a stone cold bitch... with a heart, amazingly enough.

5) I wish they'd kill Jordan off next. I liked Haley better.

6) BAU FAMILY at the end. All there for Hotch and Jack. *wibbles*

7) "Daddy, I'm working the case". OMG LUFF. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH LOFF. I LOVE MY SHOW!



I keep adding to this as I think of things. Heh, so much to love!

Anyhoo.........amazing episode! Surpassed my expectations and made me love Rossi again, he seemed just like the Rossi I always adored.

It was phenomenal, I'm still trying to grasp words. I almost choked up on "Daddy, I'm working the case." but I managed to maintain.

I HATE Rich text. I've had more issues with it thatn it's worth, so I never use it.

OMG I just KNEW Hotch had taught him what to do in case of an emergency. I'M WORKING THE CASE. *chin wobble*

I think this was my favorite ep ever - they made me love Haley at the end and not hate Strauss so much, either - both minor miracles. I was thinking of S1 Hotch, too. How do you reconcile becoming what you've feared, even if it was for the "right" reasons? I just love this show, that NEVER leaves ANYTHING simply black and white. Their Life's situations are all just one big gray, rarely simply right/wrong.

I LOVED this episode, and yet I'm still trying to process it all.

All I can say about it is OMG.

Jack was FANTASTIC. Seeing JJ with Will and Henry! I never 'hated' Hayley, but I wasn't her biggest fan... still, at the end, when she was on the phone with Hotch.... OMFG... it was out of this world.

Strauss, was amazing like the huge raving bitch that I thought she was going to be at the beginning of the ep, and I'm glad, because after all he's been through I would have wanted Hotch to rip her throat out if she was.

The mini-interrogation scenes with Strauss and each member of the team were FANTASTIC! And I adored Garcia standing up to Strauss to tell her that this was just 'wrong'. Rossi, Prentiss, Reid, Morgan... all of it.

Guh, the more I think about it the more I can gush about.

"Daddy, I'm working the case." I almost lost it again there. I can't stand to see children in danger, even fictional ones. And Haley really stood up at the end.. I've always had mixed feelings about her, I thought she was way too self-centered, like in 5x1 where she's fussing at Hotch because she's going to have to go off with the Marshal's for protection. (And if that's the case, why was she back in their house? Except then Jack wouldnt' have known where to go to 'work the case', but stil...)

I don't think Hotch is leaving, I think this will end up changing the team dynamic and how they run investigations, but Hotch will still be at the BAU. And Strauss will still be a clue-less, manipulative bitch...and the team can out-maneuver her with one hand tied behind their backs. I think she only showed her 'heart' because there were other people in the room with her, so she had to play 'nice' with Hotch and show sympathy to him. IMHO.
