Last night was good. Actually, this xmas has been easier for me than usual. I think I know why, but my lips are to remain zipped. Also, I'm sober. I relapsed the last two Christmasses (sp?).
Anyway, went out to dinner with the fam last night. Ri became the husband's official beard inspector. Super cute. She was hanging all over him this year. At least until she got her talking Toy Story dolls, and then she couldn't give a crap about anything else! Also, she apparently has a boyfriend named Evan, and she's kissed him! lol
I got lots of good stuff. I got With The Lights Out (the Nirvana box set with tons of unreleased stuff), a better cell phone battery, more memory for my laptop, seasons 4 and 5 of Criminal Minds and Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, Russell Brand's first Booky Wook book, etc. My mom bought herself a gift, since she bought everyone else the same thing! Oh, and there are at least a dozen cans of Redi-wip in my parents' fridge. Apparently it was on sale. headdesk (And I've heard the "they're into kinky stuff" jokes already, so you can spare your fingers the typing :P)
Heading to see the in-laws today. I need to do my best to be patient. Omg, they are so slow and boring. Wish me luck!
