Opinions please?

Okay, I am writing the Dean at my school about a class I dropped, because I really think I deserve my money back. I probably won't get it, but it's worth a shot. And someone needs to call this teacher on her act.

Since I'm still pretty mad about it, I wanted to get a second opinion(s) on my letter, if only to make sure I didn't step over the line of being-respectful-land to I'M-PISSED-OFF-AND-BELIGERENT-land. Here it goes:
