Writing, writing... *faceplants into keyboard*

Finally got back to the noveling yesterday (I think). Innerslytherin and I wrote a bit over 50K of it for nano, and then I started to develop tics and twitches, so we filled the rest of our 100k nano word count goal with fanfiction. (Hush, we were already cheating by co-writing anyway.) This is how tonight's writing has gone, in a nutshell:

Me: *types about 1.25 sentences*
Innerslytherin: *types about 1.75 sentences*
Me: I'm stuck.
Innerslytherin: I'm stuck too.
Me: *twidles thumbs for about ten minutes* ...um, what are we doing?
Innerslytherin: Pretty sure we're floundering.
Me: Mmm, yes. Yes, we are.

I keep hoping if we think really hard at the computer that words will appear of their own volition. Stranger things have happened.

And yes, we've considered getting the porny slash with our main characters out of our systems already.

Finally got back to my cross-dressing fic too. I'd realized belatedly that I was telling the second half from the wrong character's perspective, and had to switch it. I've done this before. I completed an entire screenplay a few years ago, and realized after it was completely finished that I chose the wrong POV. God, it sucked, and I just never had the heart to re-write it. Thankfully this fic had only a few hundred words to re-work. I relaized before it was too late with this.

Also started working on a H/R fanmix. I just... I've been... hm. *sighs and gives them doe-eyed looks*

I thought I had more to say today. In fact, I know I did. I'm just too tired to remember what it was...
