Two things and a meme

1. I got a Dreamwidth invite today. I still haven't spent a lick of time doing anything on Dreamwidth, so I haven't figured out how to use it yet, but if you guys have one, I'm severity_softly over there too. Feel free to friend. Or subscribe. Or whatever it is you do over there. And when I figure it out, I'll do it back to you (rowr).

Oh, and does anyone know how to get Semagic to post to Dreamwidth (if possible)? I use it to post simultaneously to LJ and IJ, but I don't know enough about it to know if DW will work, or how to set it up to post to all three at once. Also, can LJ-sec transfer old posts over to DW?

2. This is the conversation I had with the drive through lady (DTL) when I stopped to get food on the way home.

Me: *orders* Is there anything I can get instead of fries with that?
DTL: Normally invisishy asjgdkhasjg condishy esh bagesh hgsjkhg, actually.
Me: ... I didn't understand that.
DTL: ...... No.

O.o I really want to know what the hell the first version of 'no' was, but I wasn't one to be rude.

3. A character meme! nebula99 gave me Diana Reid:

1) Do you like this character?

I LOVE her! She razor sharp and funny, and I really wish I wrote her in fic more often (though I got to in our next installment of Conscious of Our Treasures!) It's really a shame there's not more use for her on the show. Though, of course, maybe that's part of what makes her so special. Her episodes are like little squeetastic gems in the middle of a pool of awesome. LOL [/dork]

Er, Diana Reid. Am I supposed to have a nickname for her?

Pink. It's that house coat, I swear.

*snickers* Oh jeeze. No one, really. If I HAD to pick a canon character to pair her with, though... Diana/Elle would be pretty explosive, I think. Might as well make it interesting. LOL

7) What would you want to say to this character?

Oddly (or maybe not), I'd want to talk about her illness, when she was diagnosed, what sort of symptoms she has. I think she would be very candid and blunt about it, with a sense of humor, and I love brutal honesty when it's laced with good humor. I'd also like to know what she would change about Spencer's life if she could, just ONE thing.

8) What do you want to do with this character: shake hands, hug, or kiss?

Hug her tight tight TIGHT!

In order to seduce you away from LJ, DW has simultaneous posting built in. I tested it today. It seems to work. I can't use Semagic with a Mac, and the other Mac options didn't work for me, so I'm very happy.

I also feel silly posting first on DW.
